Consider me officially shocked
My experience was a whirlwind. The front desk staff were friendly and provided a reasonable breakfast. Yet, the rooms left much to be desired—stained carpets and malfunctioning TVs dominated my stay. Service was inconsistent, and the reliance on housekeeping was disheartening. For a Hilton, I expected more than just a decent breakfast and friendly faces.

Kudos to the friendly staff!
So, I stayed here for a night and it was a mixed bag. The front desk crew, especially Grace, were super nice and helped us with our room issue. The shuttle driver was friendly too. The breakfast was decent, but kinda pricey for what you get. Just beware of those stains on the carpets everywhere.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with comfortable beds and modern amenities that made my experience enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially during check-in. However, the breakfast could be improved, as I found it a bit pricey for what was offered.

The breakfast situation was a bit misleading.

An Alaskan Adventure Worth Every Penny!

The Hilton Garden in Anchorage offered a cozy stay overall. Check-in went smoothly, with the staff being particularly friendly and helpful. I loved the room's modern amenities, like the mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Having complimentary water bottles was a nice touch. The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Location felt convenient, close to a Starbucks and other eateries. However, the breakfast situation was a bit misleading. We received $10 coupons, but our group had 16 people, seven of whom were children, and we still faced additional charges. The kitchen staff could have been friendlier too. Our room had some cleanliness concerns. The carpet felt a bit worn and had visible stains. A couple of times, the housekeeping schedule was inconsistent. While the staff overall was good, the cleanliness of common areas and room upkeep could use attention to enhance the experience.

The location is convenient, close to the airport, and the free hot breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. However, the property shows signs of aging, with evident maintenance issues. During my stay, housekeeping was lacking, leading to a somewhat disappointing experience.
