The staff was super-friendly and very courteous with every request. Location of the hotel was magnificent and unbeatable. The shuttle to and from the airport was a big plus. I thoroughly enjoyed the safe area very close to downtown Anchorage. Easy to find and close to the train station.

The free breakfast was a nice touch. The room was spacious with a great view of the mountains. Having a microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities in the room was convenient. The shuttle service to and from the airport was fantastic. The hotel's location near the airport was very convenient. Staying in the Midtown Anchorage district was enjoyable.

The place was clean and excellent. I booked the king room with mountain views which was a great choice. The room had climate control, pay TV, and a microwave oven. The free breakfast had plenty of outstanding options. The location was magnificent, adjacent to restaurants within walking distance and downtown.

The staff were all polite and the breakfast was low cost and delicious with the huge nightly rate and nearby Starbucks, as example. The room seemed reasonably large, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was favourable and unbeatable for me.

Enjoyed the pool area during my stay 🏊. The queen room had convenient amenities like a fridge, desk, and ironing board. There were plenty of tasty meal options available. The staff here were extremely friendly and polite.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, friendly and a very good value compared to so many Alaskan hotels where we paid about the same for worn-out, dirty, and dreary places.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was clean and attractive. Breakfast offered was good, it's always nice not to have to find someplace else to eat in the morning. Staff offered excellent dinner recommendations that were close by.

The hotel was located a little out of town but was an easy ride by car back into town and to the airport, probably 10 minutes each.

We had room which had climate control, pay TV and a microwave oven and was great-sized and brand-new. The location was unbeatable, the breakfast was free. Again, it was 1 mile from Chugach National Forest.
